Ive taken vitamin c daily for a really long time, and I used to use medical marijuana for pain when I had surgery in 2015 for years instead of prescribed oxycodone and other opioids, I found it to be a healthier option especially as a toll on the body. But ive found that after several years of vitamin c use, I now get headaches after using marijuana, headaches did not happen before and nothing else has changed. Could it be a herx reaction? Anyone out there had a similar experience? The headaches would last at least a week sometimes more, it comes on about 20-24 hours later after ive already taken vitamin c, maybe there is a reaction with vitamin c or something else possibly. I dont want to have to go back on pain meds long term as it can be dangerous, hoping someone would know more about this. Plastic vaporizers could be part of the problem, perhaps not being hydrated enough, seeds or stems, mould, hydro vs soil grow/fertilizers or chemicals, strain, or holding the vapor in too long, but it seems to be moreso a herx reaction or something to do with extra stronger collagen formation in the head perhaps which would cause vasodilation to be more sensitive? The thing with that is that pretty much no headache for the first 24 hours which is very interesting indeed. Hoping someone knows more about this topic. Oh and to add I have not used medical marijuana in about 2 years.
